What is Flonatix?

Flonatix blends flora with fanatic. The "x" represents inclusivity. We create slow crafted skincare inspired by Pacific and tropical Asian botanicals, made for oily, combination, and real world skin.

What is Skin Crashout™?

Skin Crashout™ describes a state where skin becomes overwhelmed from excessive actives, treatments, or frequent routine changes, often resulting in irritation, dehydration, or unpredictability. Flonatix products are designed to support skin once it’s ready to recover and return to balance.

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Are your products cruelty free?

Yes. Flonatix is Leaping Bunny certified, meaning our products and ingredients are independently verified to be cruelty-free and not tested on animals at any stage of development. -> https://www.leapingbunny.org/brand/flonatix

Are your products vegan?

Our formulas contain no animal derived ingredients, although we are not officially certified vegan yet. Certification takes time and resources, and we are working toward it.

Are you a clean beauty brand? Are you certified clean?

Yes, we consider Flonatix a clean beauty brand. However, we are not officially certified clean yet. We formulate using guidelines that align with the ingredient standards used by major clean beauty retailers, such as Sephora. Once we grow and begin entering retail, we will be able to apply for official clean certifications. Clean, intentional formulation has been part of our process from the beginning.

Is your moisturizer fragrance free?

Yes. There is no added fragrance. Any scent comes naturally from the ingredients.

Can I see the full ingredient list?

Is your product safe for sensitive skin?

Our formulas are designed to be gentle and lightweight, but we recommend patch testing first.

Will my skin need time to adjust?

Everyone’s skin is different. When introducing any new skincare product, especially if you’re switching from a richer or more occlusive formula, your skin may take a short period to adjust.

Glow Up Genius™ is designed to be lightweight and breathable. Some skin types may notice subtle changes as their routine shifts.

As always, we recommend patch testing and listening to your skin.

Is Glow Up Genius™ a barrier-repair or recovery cream?

Glow Up Genius™ is a barrier-supporting daily moisturizer, not a medical recovery or rescue balm. It contains gentle actives like niacinamide to support skin balance and refinement as part of a simplified, everyday routine.

It’s designed for skin that feels stable and balanced, not for treating active irritation, over-exfoliation, or recovery from prescription treatments such as tretinoin or frequent AHA/BHA use.

If your skin is currently reactive or in a healing phase, we recommend using a dedicated barrier-repair product first, then introducing Glow Up Genius™ once your skin feels comfortable again.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier volume.

What is your return policy?

We are currently a very small business, and we are not able to accept returns at the moment. Returned skincare cannot be resold and often ends up as waste, which we want to avoid as much as possible.
