Flonatix is built on integrity, inclusivity, and impact. We believe beauty should give something back and create positive community change; not someday, but from the very first order.
The work has already started
Our merch is made in direct partnership with micro businesses in Indonesia, including Bedja Batik Craft. We work with them directly, with no middle layers, so fair pay actually reaches the hands doing the work. When you carry the Glow Prep Bandana or the Journey Pouch, you are part of that.
What the Fund will become
The Flonatix For The Future Fund is our long term commitment to reinvesting part of our success into the communities and environments that inspire us, especially across Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
We are bootstrapped and very small, and we believe impact promises should be funded, not just announced. Our first responsibility is building a financially sustainable brand; once we reach our first milestone, the Fund activates and begins supporting:
- Community initiatives and education in our home regions
- Projects that protect land, water, and biodiversity
- Creators and founders from underrepresented backgrounds in beauty
- Social causes that matter to our community, including immigration related support
We will show our work
When the Fund launches, we will publish:
- Clear criteria for when and how the Fund activates
- How much we are committing
- Which projects we are supporting and why
- Impact updates you can actually follow
