Shipping and Returns
Where We Ship
Flonatix currently ships within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
U.S. territories are not supported at this time.
If you live in a territory or outside the United States and would like us to ship to you in the future, feel free to email us or message us on Instagram at @flonatix. Expanding destinations takes extra logistics for a very small business, but we hope to offer international shipping with your support.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier volume.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order leaves our facility.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you contact us before your order is processed, we will try our best to update the address, but changes are not guaranteed.
Flonatix is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with neighbors or building staff and allow 24 to 48 hours. Carriers sometimes scan items early.
We will assist where we can, but Flonatix is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Returns and Exchanges
All Sales Are Final
As a small brand, all sales are final — but we genuinely stand behind this formula. If something feels off, email us. We read every message.
Allergies and Sensitivities
The full INCI ingredient list is provided on each product page so you can make the best choice for your skin.
If you notice an ingredient you are sensitive to, please skip the purchase. Your comfort matters, and we want your Flonatix experience to feel good from the beginning.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
We will replace or refund the affected item when appropriate.
